MISSION STATEMENT
Welcome, thank you for visiting the Academy Montessori School website. Academy Montessori is one of only a few authentic Montessori Schools in Albuquerque, affiliated with the American Montessori Society. We accept students from age twenty months to age three for our Toddler Program and ages three to six for our Preschool and Kindergarden program.

We are a non-profit, non-denominational school which aims to provide the finest education program based on the Montessori philosophy and methods for educating children. Since we opened Academy Montessori School, we have been guided by a few simple ideas: to develop the whole child, to provide a loving and nurturing environment for children to grow and learn, and to follow a true Montessori philosophy and curriculum.

LOCATION
Academy Montessori School is situated in a convenient Northeast Albuquerque location at 2455 Juan Tabo NE, just one block north of Menaul. There are two buildings and five large, bright classrooms. Outdoors, we have a classroom garden with flowers and plenty of space for playing in our fenced-in backyard.

A Child’s Garden Preschool, a non-sectarian community outreach program of First Presbyterian Church, is committed to providing a developmentally appropriate learning environment for a diverse population of young children ages three months through pre-Kindergarten. (or a portion there of in any of these instances)
Note: children who are registered for the 9:00-1:00 settings may be able to stay longer on a space
available basis by reservation. THERE IS NO CARE AFTER 3:00 FOR CHILDREN ENROLLED IN
THE YOUNGER AND OLDER TODDLER CLASSES.
There is a 10% discount for siblings.
* This reflects 10 installments for tuition. The first is paid in May 2008 and is applied to May 2009. The other nine installments are due August through April. Amounts will be adjusted for children who enroll after the beginning of the school year.
** Annual payments are made in August, and the May advance is deducted at that time.
